Welcome to Durango Balloon Company & Mountain Party Rental!

I'm Bear, and my journey in balloon decor and party rentals began in the beautiful islands of Honolulu, Hawaii, where I learned from the best at Hawaii Balloon Company.

After attending and graduating Fort Lewis College in 2011, I met my wonderful wife Emma, a proud fourth-generation Durangoan. Together, we moved back from Honolulu to return to Durango in 2017, fueled by our passion for creating unforgettable celebrations and a commitment to serving our local community, we launched this business.

We look forward to helping you bring joy to your next event!

We kicked off our journey in February 2018 with an unforgettable debut at the Snowdown Light Parade. Our team transformed a friend's VW Van with vibrant decorations, inflated stunning 3FT LED Helium Balloons, and distributed over 300 cheerful red balloons We were thrilled to take home 2nd Place in Snowdown's Best Balloon Float, marking the beginning of our colorful adventure!

In February 2019, we made a grand return with our spectacular SPIDERMAN themed float, capturing the attention of the crowd and taking home 1st Place in the Best Balloon Category at the Snowdown Light Parade. Our dedication and creativity truly shone through, making this event one to remember

Post 2019 parade, we went on to celebrate our 1 year 'Ballooniversary,' with a large balloon drop, live music from the HILLSTOMPERS, and hosted a costume contest inside the Main Mall in Downtown Durango!
